Stevens Strategy’s founding principle is to provide guidance and support to colleges, universities and schools as they examine their internal and external environments and develop compelling visions and strategies that will ensure that they not only survive, but thrive. Dr. Stevens developed the forerunner to our strategic planning services in the late 1970’s at Rhode Island School of Design, where he was Vice President. In the years since then, Stevens Strategy has honed his method of strategic planning into a highly successful suite of services focused on collecting and using data effectively while engaging campus communities to think and act strategically.
